Dear Patients: We have taken extended measures to protect all our patients and team with the following additional protocols: *We schedule appointments in a manner that promotes social distancing and allows for adequate time for disinfecting all areas of use in between patient appointments. *Please call us when you arrive for check-in. *We are asking that you wear a mask. If possible, please enter the office unaccompanied. If you need to be accompanied, we ask that this be limited to a single individual. *Upon entering the office, we will offer hand sanitizer and take your temperature with a contactless thermometer. *At the beginning of your appointment, you will be asked to pre-rinse with a mouth rinse that has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. *Medical-grade High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) purifiers have been installed to improve air quality in the entire office. Additionally, we have installed larger ULPA/HEPA vacuum filter units in each individual operatory to effectively remove the droplets and aerosols during procedures that significantly reduce the risk of infection. *We have also streamlined the paperwork process to make it contactless and more convenient for our patients. We are sending out texts/emails with links to the forms that need to be updated before your appointment. Please have those filled out before you come in for your appointment. In addition, we have established a Patient Portal on our website, at the top of every page, where you can register for a personalized account, fill in your patient forms, request appointments, see your visit history, and more.
